Year 2 have been working hard on the concept of length during our Numeracy lessons. We have chatted about objects being longer and shorter, ordering 3 objects and describing these as the longest and the shortest, plus how to identify when 2 objects are about the same length. We have further investigated how to measure the length of objects using non-standard units. We have had great fun during this Numeracy topic work.
